If you receive a damaged product or a product which is not as mentioned in the website, we will initiate a return / refund based on the case.

If we send across a product in perfect condition in terms of look, dimension and color and you are not happy with it, you can return the product back to us.

Upon receiving the product, we will transfer the full amount minus the shipping costs. Delivery & Logistics is expensive in India and we are determined to be a self-sustainable business. Please understand where we come from.

1.What is the general return policy on Tora Creations?

7 Day Return Policy

We offer you complete peace of mind while ordering at Tora Creations – you can return all items within 7 days of receipt of goods. Please ensure however that the product is unused and the tags, boxes and other packaging is intact.

If you are not satisfied with what you have bought, we’ll gladly take it back within 7 days from the date of delivery. If you have paid by card then we will reverse the payment.


2. What should I do if I receive a Damaged item, wrong product or missing units in my order?

If an item is found damaged or incorrect as per description on our website or units are missing as per ordered quantity, please send a snapshot of the outer packaging and products received to our customer care at info@toracreations.in or call us on 9717723832, 9810406915, 9599318563 within 3 days of receipt of the product. We will issue either a full refund, or a different item in exchange, as per your request. Please note that replacements are subject to availability of the particular product.


3. When are returns NOT possible?

Following shall NOT be eligible for return or replacement:

  1. Time elapsed beyond 7 days after delivery
  2. Damages due to misuse of product
  3. Any item which has been used
  4. Products with tampered or missing item
  5. Combos sold won’t be taken back/returned as individual units
  6. Minor scratches or minor variation in color will not be accepted for return. As these are natural materials, each product will be unique with minor difference between each product


Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered

4. I've still not received the refund to my bank account. Why?

If you have received a mail from us confirming your refund request then rest assured that we have initiated your refund request and are following up with financial organizations for the same.

Sometimes financial organizations take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund hasn’t happened by the date we promised, you can contact us. We will gladly help you.


5. I have changed my mind and would like to retain the product. What do I do?

Please call us to cancel your return request and we will do the needful. In case the replacement is already dispatched, you can reject the replacement item when it is delivered to you.


6. Will I get a refund if I don't get a replacement/exchange as requested?

Replacements/Exchanges are subject to availability of stock with the seller. If the product is out of stock or a replacement/exchange cannot be issued, full refund will be provided on successful pick up of the product at no extra cost.
